Who we are
This policy explains how 7Pi Inc. ("7Pi", "we", "us") handles personal information collected through our waitlist at 7pi.app and 7pi.app/athlete (the "Site").
7Pi Inc. is a Delaware corporation located at 8 The Green, STE R, Dover, DE 19901, USA.
This policy covers the waitlist only. Our app will have its own privacy policy at launch.
Information we collect
We collect only what you enter in the waitlist form, plus basic anonymous usage data.

We do not collect payment details, government IDs, or precise location.
How we use it
We use your information only to:
- Manage the waitlist
- Send you updates about 7Pi and your launch invite
- Understand, in aggregate, how the Site is used and keep it working
We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell it.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that run the Site for us. They may use it only to provide their service to 7Pi.

We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if required by law, or to a buyer or successor if 7Pi is involved in a merger or acquisition.
Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Vercel Web Analytics is cookieless. It does not identify you or follow you across other websites.
The Site does not respond to Do Not Track signals, because we do no cross-site tracking.
How long we keep it
We keep waitlist data until 12 months after the 7Pi app launches, then delete it. If you join the app, your data moves under the app's privacy policy. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Age
The waitlist is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. If we learn we have, we delete it. The 7Pi app will initially be available only to users 18 and older. Joining the waitlist or receiving a launch invite does not guarantee access to the app. If you believe a child under 13 has signed up, contact us at hey@7pi.app.
Where your data is and how we protect it
Your data is stored in the United States by our service providers. Some members of our team work outside the US and may access it from there, under the same protections described here.
We limit access to people who need it and use reasonable technical safeguards. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
- Unsubscribe: use the link in any email we send.
- Access, correct or delete: email hey@7pi.app and we will respond within 30 days.
- California residents: you may request the categories of information we hold and ask us to delete it. We will not treat you differently for making a request. We do not sell personal information.
Residents of other US states with privacy laws can make the same requests the same way.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email waitlist members.
